Includes an estimated 2 core points. Every forecast is stored, then checked against real results two years later. The model gets sharper every cycle.
Per student
Low, mid and high total-score estimates, subject-by-subject expected grades, core points, and a stated confidence level based on how much evidence sits behind each subject.
Per cohort
The coordinator sees the distribution before Year 1 begins: how many students forecast 38+, who sits near the diploma threshold, and where intervention now changes outcomes later.
Grade-inflation aware
Teacher predictions run optimistic everywhere. The model applies a calibrated adjustment, so the forecast reflects likely results, not hopeful ones.
The calibration loop
We mark our own homework. In public.
Two years after each forecast, the real results go in. Every forecast is scored against its actual: within range or not, and by how much. Your school sees its own accuracy figures, and the model sharpens with every cycle.
